Here's a shot of Leo pulling the weave with a block. Particularly good for second and third rows. Keep your feet planted on the drum to keep it from rolling or flying upwards as you pull. Make sure to keep the block close to the drum, leaving only 10cm - 15cm of rope before tying it off on the block.
